As a boutique firm, providing responsive and personalized client support is a priority for us. Instead of having a large client load, with dozens of staff, we focus on a select number of clients. This allows us to have a better understanding of their individual needs and expectations. We are also able to have a fast turnaround on projects, ensuring project timelines are met (as our client relationships are key to our success). For us it is about the quality of clients and projects versus the quantity on the books. 

Serving clients in various parts of Canada, our primary client interactions are online. We are easily accessible by phone, email, text or video conferencing. Many of our clients value the fact we are readily available, and can meet in as little as two-hour’s notice.

Due to our personalized approach, for many of our clients we have become an extension of their marketing team instead of viewed as a third-party contractor.
